No matter how hard we try, sometimes we just get defeated. How do you get your body and mind to work together? Here is a short 'Mind Movie'. The way they work is that if you watch them several times a day, our subconscious mind will get the message about what we really want and changes start to happen...automatically. Sound Silly? When did you last think about taking a breath in? In our busy lives we can 'confuse' our subconscious mind as to what we actually want to achieve.
